EPDM Roofing Systems

Low-Slope Roofing  Application. Durability, design versatility and installation ease are among the many reasons ethylene propylene dienemonomer (EPDM) is a popular material for re-roof low-slope roofing applications.

Single-ply EPDM roofing systems are based on a high-performance synthetic rubber compound that provides outstanding weathering characteristics. It is highly resistant to tearing, solvents, and high temperatures which makes it easy to clean. Typical applications include office buildings, distribution warehouses, hospitals and schools.

TPO Roofing Systems

The increasingly popular TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing systems consist of a single-ply roofing membrane which can be used to cover flat roofs. It does not require additional membrane layers such as mineral felt, and it comes in several thicknesses.
