Often homeowners don’t know where to turn when a leak arises or weather has damaged your roof. Identifying the source of a roof leak requires the skills and experience of a roofing professional with an expertise in all types of roof systems and the ability to work in inclement weather. In an emergency situation, we provide an immediate response to minimize the amount of damage done to your property. Upon follow-up after a leak is contained or damage is subsided, Brad Smith Roofing will provide a proposed plan for a permanent repair to stop future problems.

I agree to the following terms and conditions: Our minimum charge for this service is $395.00, which covers the cost of two men to travel to the job and up to one hour to perform the required service at the job site. This fee must be paid in advance by credit card. After one hour on the job, our charge is $75.00 per man hour, charged in increments of 15 minutes per man. Materials are not included in these prices. If materials are required (for example a tarp), this will be an additional charge. When the job is completed, we will notify you of any final charges if he job exceeded one hour, and the cost of any required materials. These charges, if any, will be applied to your credit card. The homeowner(s) agree to pay the actual total cost in full at the time services are rendered.

If the actual total cost to complete the project will exceed the estimated cost by ten percent (10%) or more (exclusive of taxes), Brad Smith Roofing Co. will stop performance of this Contract until written authorization to proceed has been obtained. Homeowner(s) agree that if Brad Smith Roofing Co. begins performance but the Homeowner(s) do not authorize completion of the project, the Homeowner(s) shall pay for the actual total cost of the partially completed work and materials. Homeowner(s) acknowledge and waive their right to cancel this contract within three business days, request that Brad Smith Roofing begin performance on this Contract without waiting three business days, and Homeowner(s) describe the situation requiring immediate remedy as listed in the above Scope of Work.
